Additional Services

Practical extras that fill the gaps

Not every part of life with a disability fits neatly into a single service category. Some weeks you need extra structure, some terms you need help getting to and from where you're going, and some days the paperwork alone feels heavier than the rest. The wrong gap in the wrong place can stall everything else.

We built our additional services to cover those in-between needs. Each one runs alongside our individual, group, and housing programs, so you can add the support you actually need without having to start a relationship with a new provider.

What's involved

01

Holiday Program

School holidays can be a tricky stretch for teens and young adults with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and similar conditions. Our Holiday Program runs through the breaks across Southeast Queensland and gives participants a structured, supportive space to enjoy themselves. The days are built around social interaction, personal growth, and a healthy amount of relaxation. We use the wide range of activities the region offers, but we shape the schedule around what works for the participant, not the other way around.

02

Volunteering Program

For participants who want a structured way to build work skills and a real reference for the future, we run a volunteering program with a clear pathway at the end. Time spent volunteering builds the routines, the confidence, and the on-the-ground experience that paid work eventually asks for. Participants who finish the program have a documented pathway toward potential employment with us, so the work you put in stays connected to a real next step.

03

NDIS Report Writing

Writing reports and developing NDIS plans is one of the most stressful parts of being a parent or carer, and it has nothing to do with the actual care you're trying to provide. We take that work off your plate. Our team helps you put together the reports and plans that genuinely reflect what you and your loved one need, so the funding lines up with the support that makes a real difference. You focus on the people, we handle the paperwork.

04

Transportation

Getting to and from your activity should never be the hard part. We can arrange transport depending on group leader availability. If a group leader is available, transport is charged in 15-minute increments, plus kilometres travelled. If a group leader isn't available, a support worker can be booked for a minimum two-hour shift, plus kilometres travelled. Either way, we keep the logistics simple so you can focus on actually being there.

When the extras are taken care of, the rest of life gets lighter.

A full picture of support

You make it to the activities you want to be at, your school holidays stop feeling like a scramble, and the paperwork side of the NDIS stops eating into family time. And for participants who want a way to build toward work, the volunteering pathway sits alongside everything else, ready when you are. With everything running together under one team, you spend less time managing the system and more time actually living.
